Most new merchandise sold by Perfectd Thread can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers will recieve the return by an exchange that is equal or less than the original value only and not by credit. Here at Pefectd Thread, we value our customers, so if a refund arises, reshippment will be on us. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and returned in similar packaging.

All orders are handmade. Please allow 7 business days for processing. Additional days may be needed for custom orders based upon request. All orders once processed are sent with 2 day shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind all pieces are made to order. Allow 11 business days for custom orders.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
